Submitting a Ticket

If you encounter a problem with Indaba or think you've found a bug, please raise the issue with your supervisor, project support personnel, or the project manager first.

If you and they are confidant that the issue is not user error, then navigate to https://indaba.zendesk.com and click "Submit a Ticket" in the upper right corner.

On the following screen, provide your email, a brief subject line, your organization, a description of the issue, and any attachments. Try to include as much detail as possible, including: which internet browser you are using, the action you are attempting to perform, the result, the exact text of any warning messages you received, and any links or screenshots that will direct us to the page you are having trouble with.

Click on the "Submit" button to send the ticket. You will receive an email confirmation and an Amida staff person will follow up with you shortly.
